Meet, Becca Nipper

I am an artist, maker, and explorer with a love for all things weird and unconventional. I am a Scenic and Fiber Artist living in Charlotte, NC. My passion is theatrical scenic work, but I also have extensive experience in spray painting, finishing, and art installation. In addition to my scenic work, I also create fiber art which focuses on the human body and how our perceptions of ourselves spiritually can contort our evaluation of our physical bodies. Both in and out of the studio I work to engage with and create art that addresses issues including racial justice, LGBT+ rights, gender discrimination, disability rights, and prison abolition.
